This business listing was a side project of mine that I worked on the side for over 10 years building assets. The assets made some money and certainly have a nice foothold in the niche, along with solid aging for anyone looking to use an SEO strategy along with other traffic forms. I have admittedly not put any effort into these assets over the last 2-3 years as I have been focused on other projects, so I think it is time to pass them on to someone who can take full advantage of all the groundwork that has been laid.
As you will see, the foundation was laid in a way that someone could come in and very quickly redirect and repurpose the assets towards their end goal and start creating revenue and a return very quickly. Let me briefly describe the assets from oldest to newest:
Holistik Health:
Holistik Health started out as an e-commerce site selling superfoods and evolved over time. It includes several assets listed below, as well as any relevant logo files for the business, domain names, and such.
HolistikHealth.com– This was the first asset I created all those years ago, in 2009. It started out as a Magento site in which I sold supplements, and eventually, I migrated all the sales over to Amazon and turned the site into a WP site that I used for lead gen and affiliate sales. I would create content that would link to my amazon listings, embed my youtube videos on the same topic, and also capture leads to which I would drip content to sending them to other blog posts, all with the same format. The site could also be really solid for product reviews with Amazon affiliate linking as well. The site will need a bit of updating to bring it back up to speed for what you are looking to do. The age and value of this site could easily be realized by the right person or team very quickly. Buyer to do their own due diligence.
Holistik Health TV Youtube Channel- This was a marketing arm of the site initially, and the account is aged along with the site. The channel dates back to 2010 and currently has 50+ videos of health-related content and 2,475,000+ views. For anyone that knows how to use youtube, this is another powerful asset that can be redirected and leveraged to serve your end goal. A large number of the videos are around Moringa, which can be used to drive traffic and awareness to the products below. Buyer to do their own due diligence.
Amazon Account- This is 12+ year old AMZ account that has great lifetime feedback on it and is ungated in supplements, and it appears in many other categories as it was created before gating was as much of a thing as it is now. Lifetime positive feedback score of 95% with a seller rating of 5 Stars (4.8) with over 275 ratings. This asset alone is worth its weight in gold for the right person who can make the cost of this entire listing back in a month. Buyer to do due diligence on what they want to use the account for.
The Moringa Project:
The Moringa Project is an organic Moringa Oleifera brand sold on Amazon. It is a premium-priced product and is positioned at the top of the sales range by design. The company was also a 1% for the Planet company and Climate Neutral certified in the past as well. It includes all relevant domains and logins, as well as logo files.
I can also include a direct connection to the supplement manufacturer based here in the US (nice selling point). They have all the nice-to-have certifications as well and are familiar with the product and the brand. They are also poised and ready to expand the brand into powders, teas, sachets…etc, and they can do all of that as well. I will also include the GS1-barcode account for the product as well as the Trademark for the business.
The Moringa Project Amazon Listing-
This listing has been active for 5+ years now and has a 4.1 rating and over 220+ reviews. I also own the Trademark, and it is approved in Brand Registry. I have just never gotten around to doing the A+ content, so that is a big win on conversion right there that is easy to execute. This listing has done well in the past and seemed to always do well when I would run ads. I have not put any time or focus into it in the last 2-3 years, and it still makes sales. Buyer to do their own due diligence.
This site was created to validate the Amazon listing and is a WordPress site on the front end and a Shopify site at the shop.themoringrproject.org subdomain level. I have paused the Shopify account right now, and all traffic points to AMZ, but it can easily be turned back on or canceled, and the linking to AMZ can be made much more apparent. The site lends credibility to those doing research which is common in the supplement space. Buyer to do their own due diligence.
As you can see, the architecture of the business assets was planned carefully, and it all weaves together. For the right person/team, these assets can be put to work right away to create traffic and revenue with a little bit of focus.
