Legal Information:

We charge a 10% commission based on the final selling price, or a $1,000 minimum, whichever is greater.

If your website is approved by our vetting team, you will be asked to sign a listing agreement, provide additional information, Google Analytics access, additional screenshots, and a complete P&L statement. Money Nomad makes no guarantees 1. written or implied of the future performance of the site, 2. that the site will be sold successfully, 3. that the seller is entitled to the listing price.

Money Nomad Marketplace will oversee the domain/hosting transfer and site migration at a high level, but it’s the sole responsibility of the buyer and seller to do all of the necessary migration steps (account transfers, hosting, domain, etc) to ensure a successful sale. A website is marked as sold when a wire is received by Escrow.com.

All sales are final and there are no refunds to buyers.

If a dispute does arise during Escrow, Escrow.com has an arbitration system that the buyer and seller will be entered into. A 3rd party judge will determine if the sale shall be reversed, modified, or completed. Often a judge does not understand websites and the verdict may or may not go in your favor.
