Commentary

Last 12 months: $116,846 revenue, $1,086 profit (the field doesn't allow for negative profit). Product costs are only about 12% of sales; most spending goes to Meta ads ($32K) and contractors ($27K), which are mostly fixed. In August 2025, new U.S. tariffs on shipments from Germany halted U.S. sales for a month and added import fees. The business pivoted to Europe targeting, where margins are lower, and revenue has held around $7K–$11K a month since, near break-even. November is the peak month because of Black Friday.

Tech Stack

Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo

Assets Included

Shopify store and domain, all original nail designs, Instagram (87.5K), TikTok (99K), YouTube (95.6K) and Facebook (38K) accounts, Meta ad account and pixel history, customer email list (11K active emails), current inventory, manufacturer contacts in China, the fulfillment arrangement in Germany, the full product photo and video library, and introductions to the current contractors (content creator, video editor, photographer, customer service).

Growth Opportunities

The biggest one is U.S. fulfillment. The U.S. used to be the stronger market, and sales there dropped because of tariffs on shipments from Germany, not lack of demand. Stocking inventory with a U.S. warehouse would remove the import fees and long shipping times. Beyond that: TikTok Shop and Amazon are both untapped, the email list could be worked much harder with regular drops and restock alerts, and the YouTube channel already earns AdSense and could support brand deals. Contractor costs are mostly fixed, so added sales go largely to profit.

Business Risks

Profit has hovered around break-even or below since the tariffs, so this needs a buyer willing to invest rather than someone looking for immediate cash flow. Setting up U.S. fulfillment means paying for inventory minimums upfront. Products are made in China and shipped from Germany, so tariff and trade changes can move costs quickly. Nail trends shift fast, and sales spike around holidays, as the November numbers show.

Work & Skills Required

About 10 hours a week with the current contractors in place. Most of that is approving designs and content, managing contractors and placing inventory orders. Helpful skills: paid social, Shopify, and some inventory or 3PL experience, especially if you plan to set up U.S. fulfillment.

Support Offered

30 days of email and message support after the sale, two onboarding calls, written notes on suppliers, fulfillment, ad setup and content workflow, and introductions to every contractor and supplier. (Adjust to what you're actually willing to do.)

Reason for Selling

I've taken the brand as far as I can without the capital to set up U.S. fulfillment, and I'd rather hand it to someone who can make that investment than let it sit at break-even.

Additional Notes

The drop in revenue after August 2025 came from new U.S. tariffs on German imports, which caused a month-long shipping halt and added fees that had to be passed to U.S. customers.
