Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Money Nomad website and marketplace at moneynomad.com ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Money Nomad is a marketplace that connects sellers of small online businesses with potential buyers. We provide the platform for listing and discovering businesses — we are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

2. Accounts

To sell a business on Money Nomad, you must create an account using email/password or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Buyers do not need an account to browse listings or submit inquiries.

3. Listing a Business

• Sellers pay a one-time, non-refundable listing fee of $297 per listing
• All listings are reviewed by our team before they go live
• We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing at our discretion
• Sellers must provide accurate and truthful information about their business
• Listings remain live until the business is sold or the seller removes it

4. Accuracy of Information

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listing information, including financial data, traffic metrics, and business descriptions. Money Nomad does not verify the accuracy of listing data and makes no guarantees about the information provided by sellers.

5. Transactions

Money Nomad facilitates introductions between buyers and sellers but is not involved in the actual sale of any business. All negotiations, due diligence, and transactions take place directly between buyer and seller. We strongly recommend buyers conduct their own due diligence before making any purchase.

6. Fees & Payments

The $297 listing fee is non-refundable once paid, regardless of whether the listing is approved or the business sells. Money Nomad does not charge any commission or success fee on completed sales. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

7. Prohibited Content

You may not list businesses that:

• Are fraudulent, misleading, or do not exist
• Involve illegal activities or content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Contain malware, spam tools, or other harmful software
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Inquiries & Communication

Buyers submit inquiries through our platform. Sellers receive these via email and are expected to respond in good faith. Abusive, harassing, or spam communications through the platform are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

9. Limitation of Liability

Money Nomad is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from transactions between buyers and sellers. Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees you have paid to us.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
